8. CONDITION OF TOWN HALL
To discuss the way forward in the light of recent storm damage, and no project planning grant.                                                                             Decision

To consider two tenders for Town hall insurance                Decision

11. STUDY OF THE POTENTIAL DEMAND FOR A CAR CLUB.

12. PLAYDAY ON PLAYING FIELDS.

 Request from Mike Plunkett for permission to run a playday during Easter and summer holidays on playing fields, including a request for financial support.

14. BETTER WELCOME.
To consider a request from the Tourism Group for use of Town Crest, and permission to put a small symbol, probably a tile, on historic buildings.

15. WALKERS ARE WELCOME AWARD
Request for funding, see item 16. The Tourism Group has applied for Bishop’s Castle to have the award and needs the Town Council to show some commitment to the scheme.

16.REQUESTS FOR FUNDING

ii) £20.00 for Playing Fields green Pennant Award, plus cost of hosting a domain for a Playing Fields website.

 Proposal that the Town Council takes over the play area in Oak Meadow.
