5.  MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC WISHING TO SPEAK
Notice must be given prior to the commencement of the meeting.  (Maximum of three minutes per person).
     
6.   TOWN & COUNTRY PLANNING ACT:
To consider response to:-
1/07/20188/F Erection of 12 x dwellings (including 6 x affordable dwellings); formation of vehicular and pedestrian access and alterations to existing vehicular access.
Land to the rear of 34-36 High Street and Sumach, Station Street and land at Castle green, Bishop’s Castle.  Mr R Davies and Mrs J Davies. (Amended plans)

8.  APPOINTMENT OF CLERK
To appoint Madeleine Denton as Town Clerk from 1.2.08 on the NALC recommended pay scales spinal column point 15.  At the end of a three month probationary period consideration to be made whether the spinal column point should be increased.                                                                                   Decision

10. PARKING IN BISHOP’S CASTLE
Proposals by the Civic Society to solve parking problems in Bishop’s castle.

12. FOOTPATH FROM BOWLING GREEN CLOSE TO BRICK MEADOW   
Complaints about muddy condition of this footpath.                                    Decision                                      

13.  LIGHTING IN BULL LANE/CASTLE STREET
Suggestion for a new lighting scheme here, following  information from Central Networks regarding re-routing the cables underground from the Wintles pole.

14.  MODEL CODE OF CONDUCT
Do we wish South Shropshire District Council to place a block  advertisement in the press to conform with legal requirement to place a notice in the press for changes to the Code of Conduct.                                                                Decision
                                                                                                                          

15.  TOWN HALL TOILETS

16.  UPKEEP OF WEBSITE
Mike Ashwell has done this free of charge in the past but now wishes to charge £500 per year.  This would include improving the web site.                   Decision
