WILL BE HELD IN THE TOWN HALL ON TUESDAY 14TH NOVEMBER 2000 AT 8.00 P.M.

1. Apologies for absence.

2. Minutes of Council Meetings held on 17th and 24th October 2000.

3. Declaration of Interest: To receive from Councillors, in relation to any items included on the agenda for this meeting details of any pecuniary interests which are required to be disclosed by Section 94 (1) of the Local Government Act, 1972 and any personal non-pecuniary interests in such matters, in accordance with paragraph 10 of the National Code of Local Government Conduct as follows.
a) declarations of direct pecuniary interest;
b) declarations of indirect pecuniary interest;
c) declarations of clear and substantial non-pecuniary interest;
d) declarations association with being the Council's representiative on another body
e) declarations associated with membership of outside bodies.
