12. Vacancy for a Councillor.
An election has not been requested, therefore notices have been put up for co-option. Closing date March 12th. Interviews need to be arranged. Decision

13. Wasteless Society
Request for in kind donation in the form of free hire of Town Hall on 21st/22nd May.

14. Road Closure - Welsh St to Bishop's Moat.
Application for road closure for eight weeks from 29th March. Approval
15. Planters - (Up the pole)
Tourism Group to arrange planting but request donation from Town Council towards costs. (Approx £250) Decision

16. Bishop's Castle Heritage Resource Centre - sign on Town Hall
Request from BCHRC for permission to place a sign on the Town Hall. Decision


17. Highway Maintenance
Suggestions of work that the Town Council can take over from the County Council.
eg) Cutting of verge Bishop's Castle to Crowgate, Cleaning of road signs annually.

a) Suggestion to write a letter to Mr Caird objecting to price of affordable housing at the

continued failure to open the Wintles Road and installation of the roundabout.
