7. Michaelmas Fair.
Letters from R.F.Williams and A.Hemmings and L.Heasman have been circulated regarding the Michaelmas fair. Robert Gwythers comments from the last meeting to be considered. Decision?

8. Town Hall - Way forward with restoration project
(a) Report on meeting with David Dickinson - architect. Do we appoint him to manage the roof, window and sandstone work? Decision
(b) Report on meeting with Sue Cooper. Suggestion to apply for a project planning grant. Decision

15. Movement of lorries to the Co-op, Church St.
Concern has been express regarding the length of lorries delivering to the Co-op in Church St. Letter from Cathy Batson. Decision?

16. Acre of land at Crowgate.
Feedback on request for an acre of land at by Crowgate to the District Council and County Council.
Request for allotments from residents. Decision

17. 11 Welsh St (Cllr. Dr Penney)
Suggestion that a letter be sent to the occupants asking them to repair the dangerous guttering. Decision

18. Footpath in Montgomery Road
Suggestion to make a footpath on the houses side of Montgomery Road.

19. Culvert in Welsh Street.
The owners of this land have now been traced. What action should be taken?

Do Councillors have any objection to an article in the Newsletter asking for Volunteers for the "Home from Hospital" service run by Age Concern.

21. Litter in the Playing Fields.
Should the Street Cleaner be offered extra hours for collecting the extra litter in the playing field. Decision

22. Accounts
To enable the 2006-7 budget to be set "Budget considerations" will be an item on the next Agenda. If there is any non routine areas of spending that you wish to be considered at this meeting please let the Clerk know as soon as possible
