Consideration of letter from Snows, solicitors regarding the exclusion of
the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 Provisions. (Decision)
11. Christmas Lights Festival
a) Request for a donation of £500 to install exterior electrical connections
in the walls of the Town Hall. (Decision)
b) Request for use of the Town Hall free of charge for the weekend 25th/26th
November for the Christmas Lights Festival. (Decision)
c) Permission to apply for a Temporary Events Notice for the sale of alcohol
in Market Square to enable mulled wine to be sold. (Decision)
12. Combined Newsletters
Lydbury English Centre would like to combine Newsletters. They have a circulation
of 300 and would distribute there and put money in. (Decision)
13. Bench in Church Street.
The Hemmings Brothers have asked that the bench behind the bus shelter in
Church Street be moved as it is causing a nuisance. (It is on their land)
Where do Councillors suggest it is put? (Decision)
14. Cleaning of robes
It has been suggested the Mayor, Deputy and Clerks robes should be cleaned.
£300 maximum. (Decision)
15. Town Hall Bell Tower
Consideration of the report by the South Shropshire District Council structural
engineer following his inspection of the tower. (Decision)
17. Report of recent meetings attended by Council representatives.

(i) Letter from Biddulph Town Council thanking the Council for permitting
the Town Crier to participate in the British Championships.
(ii) Letter from Mrs Daniels regarding the cutting down of a tree in Billingsley
