7. Energy Survey
a) Report on energy efficiency survey carried out by David Finney, Wasteless
Society.
b) What are Council's aspirations regarding energy efficiency in the Town
Hall?

8. Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005.
Dog fouling and litter control. Two questionnaires to be completed.
(Documents have been circulated.) The questionnaires should be answered after
the meeting on 17th August but need to be returned before our next meeting.
Should powers be made to the Mayor to make any necessary changes after the
meeting. Decision
9. Crowgate Recycling Centre.
Extra money is required for the plastic recycling to enable a person to be
employed for more hours. Decision
10. Vacancy for Councillor.
Selection process for the co-option of a Councillor following Rachael Evans
resignation. Decision
11. Traffic congestion at the primary school
Suggestion that a letter should be sent to the new Head of the primary school
expressing the Council's concern about the traffic congestion and asking if
the Council can help in suggesting ways to encourage children to walk to school.

Should the Council employ a person to clean up the playing fields in the summer
