a) 1/06/18359/LB Listed Building Consent. Installation of a velux roof window
(delegated matter)
2 Moat House, Welsh Street, Bishop's Castle.
b) 1/06/18382/F Planning Permission (Full) Erection
of 4 dwellings (Plots 18, 19, 32 and 33 - Revised scheme.
The Wintles, Bishop's Castle. Living Villages (BC) Ltd.
c) 1/06/18409/LB Listed Building Consent. Installation
of 3 no. roof lights (delegated matter).

d) Reports of Planning Applications.
7. Stone House Hospital.
General update and discussion. Should Council make a formal representation?

8. Charter 88 - Campaign for a modern and fair democracy-
empowering citizens and local Councils.
a) Council is asked to pass a resolution of support for this campaign.
b) Council is asked to send the enclosed letter of support to our MP. Decision
9. Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005.
Document circulated. The Cleaner Greener working party will be sending a questionnaire
in due course and we will be invited to attend a seminar.

10. Amenity Skip Facility at Crowgate.
Letter from Graham Hemmings regarding its future. Do we need to make representation?

11. Town Hall Restoration.
Report on meeting with Sula Rayska. The fee for Sula to manage the Project
Planning Application is £500. Sula's C.V. will be available for inspection
at the meeting. Decision
11. Energy Survey - Cllr. Gaffney
a) Report on energy efficiency survey carried out by David Finney, Wasteless
Society.
b) What are Council's aspirations regarding energy efficiency in the Town
Hall?

12. Banners for festivals etc.
A new place is required to hang banners for festivals etc. One was hung on
the Town Hall for the Carnival. Could this be used in future? Is there anywhere
else?

13. Old Police Station
Letter from Geoffrey Tilling, Proprietor of the Grange Nursing Home about
the condition of The Old Police Station. What action should Council take?

15. West Mercia Police Merger
Letter from Philip Dunne requesting Council to write once more to the Chairman
of the Police Authority and to the Home Secretary in support of West Mercia's
case.

16. Books in Town Hall
How should the books that were in the Mayors Parlour be disposed of? Stephen
Roberts, a Parliamentary Historian from London has said they have no value.
