NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE BISHOP'S CASTLE TOWN COUNCIL WILL BE HELD IN THE TOWN HALL ON TUESDAY 3rd APRIL 2007 AT 8.30 PM.

2. DECLARATION OF INTEREST:
Members are requested to declare any personal and/or prejudicial interests they may have in matters to be considered at this meeting in accordance with the terms of the Local Authorities (Model Code of Conduct) (England) Order 2001 issued under Section 51 Local Government Act 2000 as follows:
a) declarations of personal interests.
b) declarations of prejudicial interests.

BIOMAS POWER PROJECT
The meeting will be closed for a presentation by John Evans, Shropshire Highland Seeds and Chris Day, consultant on the proposed biomas power project at Crowgate Business Park.
This will be followed by questions and comments from Councillors and residents.
