10. STREET CLEANING
There have been complaints regarding the street cleaning in Bishop’s Castle. Is the street cleaner paid for enough hours to do the job properly? Should this Council request the District Council to employ a cleaner for more hours.

11. SALARY INCREASE
Approval sought for an increase in the Clerk’s salary from £8.387 per hour to £8.595, back dated to April 2007 in line with NALC recommendations and the new salary scales. Decision
12. COMMUNITY LAND TRUST -
The Community Land Trust is to form a Corporate Body. Proposal that the Town Council joins this body and then will be able to have a representative on the Board. Decision
