a) 09/02360/COU Change of use of part of premises from A1 - Retail to A3 - for sale of food and drink at 32 Church Street Bishops Castle
b) Reports of Planning Applications.
7. TO RECEIVE REPORT OF MEETING WITH INSPECTOR MACKAILL AND TO DISCUSS ANY FURTHER MEASURES REQUIRED
To receive a report of the meeting with inspector Mackaill
and to discuss what further measures are require. It has been suggested that
bollards are installed on Church Street adjacent to Gwythers Shoe shop

11. IMPROVEMENTS TO THE CROSSROADS ADJACENT TO THE COMMUNITY COLLEGE
To discuss what improvements Councillors would like to
see at the junction adjacent to the Community College.

To agree the level of salary to be offered to the new clerk

There is need for the appointment of a new tree warden.

14. BULL LANE LIGHTING SCHEME
To agree the new street lighting scheme on Bull Lane

To agree a proposal that the Town Council makes an application
to the Local Joint Committee for funds to complete works at the King Head
- including footway lights

16. BINS IN AUCTION YARD
A request has been made that the Town council installs
bins in the Auction Yard

To agree an application is made to Shropshire Council for a new laptop under
their scheme which provides computer equipment to Town & Parish Councils
and to agree that the old computer tower and monitor is passed to the South
Shropshire Furniture Scheme for recycling (Existing laptop to be retained
for back up)
