1.  APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE.
To approve apologies for absence

2.  DECLARATION OF INTEREST: 
Members are requested to declare any personal and/or prejudicial interests they may have in matters to be considered at this meeting in accordance with the terms of the Local Authorities (Model Code of Conduct) (England) Order 2001 issued under Section 51 Local Government Act 2000 as follows:
                   a)  declarations of personal interests.
                   b)  declarations of prejudicial interests.

3.THE BIOMASS PUBLIC INQUIRY.
The Bishop’s Castle Group has requested that evidence presented by the Developers to the Inquiry should be peer reviewed. They estimate the total cost of this to be £5000. They have no spare resources themselves.
To support the Town Council’s case alongside the Group at the Inquiry, should the Town Council pay for this work to be done.
