7. REPORT BY COUNTY AND DISTRICT COUNCILLORS
8. A REVIEW OF STANDING ORDERS.
Councillors should have the standing orders. Do we need any changes. Decision
9. UP THE POLE PLANTERS.
In view of the broken planters, what are we going to do about the spring planting.

10. PUBLIC HALL CHARITY EVENT STOPPED
What response does this Council want to make about the police stopping the Easter Saturday charity disco’ Decision
11. PROBLEMS FOR CHILDREN CROSSING KERRY LANE
We have received requests to make crossing the road safer outside the playing fields.

12. LABURNUM ALLEY / CASTLE GREEN JUNCTION REQUESTS
The Highways Department has turned down both requests made for these two areas. Decision
13. LOCAL JOINT COMMITTEE REPRESENTATIVE.
Councillors need to decide who is to represent the Council on the LJC. Decision
14.BUSINESS RATE REFERRAL SCHEME.
The Business rate has increased. Does the Council want to defer payment of 60% of the increase until 2010/11 and 2011/12. ( Letter in circulation )Decision
15. COUNCIL INSURANCE
The clerk has pursued other brokers concerning the insurance.
16 DOES THIS COUNCIL STILL WANT TO RECEIVE PAPER COPIES OF PLANS.
Shropshire Council wants to move to a paperless system. Would this Council prefer to continue with paper copies of plans. Decision
17. SHOULD THIS COUNCIL APPLY FOR AN EXTENSION TO THE LEASE ON THE ALLOTMENTS.
It has been suggested that we should apply for a 99 year lease. Decision
