11 TRANSFER OF LAND AT KERRY GREEN.
The Housing Association is transferring a small piece of land to the Town Council to be used as an amenity area. Decision
12 THE PARISH PLAN, THE WAY FORWARD.
Plan circulated to Councillors before meeting.
13. SOLAR PV SYSTEM FOR TOWN HALL. PLANNING APPLICATION
Update, and decision to send off planning application.
14. BUS TIMETABLES.
Concern that we are not receiving adequate information about bus services.
15.MICHAELMAS FAIR: REQUEST TO USE TOWN HALL FRONTAGE FOR BANNER AND STAGE.
The Michaelmas Fair would like to use the Town Hall as they did last year. They have also sent a request for consideration by the Town Hall Renovation group,to put a steel cable below the parapet as a permanent attachment, and to level the area of road below the Town Hall to make it more usable for festivals . Decision
