The Christmas Lights Festival culminates in the Christmas Procession from the Church to the top of town. The Procession provides one of the most distinctive sights of the Shropshire Christmas with the local children carrying lanterns, accompanied by the Bishops Castle Drum and Bugle Band, and of course, Santa on his sleigh.
